2. Subscription Cancellation Process

8. Proration for Upgrades
If a customer upgrades their subscription plan mid-billing cycle, they will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining period until the end of the current billing cycle. The prorated charge will reflect the price difference between the current plan and the upgraded plan, adjusted for the portion of time remaining in the billing cycle.
9. Automatic Renewal For Upgraded Subscriptions
Similar to the initial subscription, upgraded subscriptions may be set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Customers have the option to disable auto-renewal at any time through their account settings.
10. Immediate Access to Upgraded Features
Upon completing the upgrade process and payment of the prorated amount, customers will immediately gain access to the additional features or services included in the upgraded subscription plan.
11. Downgrade Policy
Please note that, in accordance with our operational framework, downgrading subscription plans is not permissible. This policy has been instituted to maintain consistency and efficiency in our service provision, and we appreciate your understanding in adhering to this guideline.
