Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. 9. Confidentiality of processing
Personal Data is subject to secrecy. Any unauthorized collection, processing or use of such data by employees is prohibited. Any data processing undertaken by an employee that he/she has not been authorized to carry out as part of his/her legitimate duties is unauthorized. The “need to know” principle applies. Employees may have access to personal information only as is appropriate for the type and scope of the task in question. This requires a careful breakdown and separation, as well as implementation, of roles and responsibilities.Employees are forbidden to use Personal Data for private or commercial purposes, to disclose it to unauthorized persons, or to make it available in any other way.
Supervisors must inform their employees at the start of the employment relationship about the obligation to protect data secrecy.This obligation shall survive termination of employment.
10. Processing security
Personal Data must be safeguarded from unauthorized access and unlawful processing or disclosure, as well as accidental loss, modification or destruction. This applies regardless of whether data is processed electronically or in paper form. Before the introduction of new methods of data processing, particularly new IT systems, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data must be defined and implemented. These measures must be based on the state of the art, the risks of processing, and the need to protect the data (determined by the process for information classification). In particular, all users must consult with our “Privacy Compliance Officer”, an employee whose responsibilities include overseeing our company’s ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to our policies and procedures. . The technical and organizational measures for protecting personal data are part of our Information Security management and must be adjusted continuously to the technical developments and organizational changes.

Compliance with the Data Protection Policy and the applicable data protection laws is checked regularly with data protection audits and other controls. The performance of these controls is the responsibility of the Privacy Compliance Officer, the data protection coordinators, and other company units with audit rights or external auditors hired. On request, the results of data protection controls will be made available to the responsible data protection authority. The responsible data protection authority can perform its own controls of compliance with the regulations of this Policy, as permitted under national law.

To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data that we collect online, we use data networks protected, inter alia, by industry standard firewall and password protection. In the course of handling your Personal Data, we take measures reasonably designed to protect that information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. All employees must inform their supervisor, data protection coordinator or the Privacy Compliance Officer immediately about cases of violations against this Data Protection Policy or other regulations on the protection of personal data (data protection incidents). The manager responsible for the function or the unit is required to inform the responsible data protection coordinator or the Privacy Compliance Officer immediately about data protection incidents. In cases of
- improper transmission of personal data to third parties,
- improper access by third parties to personal data,
- loss of personal data
The required company reports (Information Security Incident Management) must be madeimmediately so that any reporting duties under national law can be complied with.
13. “Cookies” and internet tags

15. Processing of Payment Related Information
- When you purchase or subscribe to our services, your payment information is passed onto our payment gateway provider(s) via a secured channel to complete the online purchase.
- Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties
- Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, RapidData cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
16. Delivery & Shipping Policy
- RapidData does not offer physical delivery of software in any manner or format.
- The services subscribed to can be accessed exclusively through the RapidHR portal or mobile application online.
- The confirmation of payments and the issuance of invoices are handled solely through email, with no physical invoices being dispatched.
- RapidData will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
